This document outlines how to log in to the CRM.

  1. Visit https://ozarkstech.my.salesforce.com in a supported browser.

  2. Select the Log in with myOTC Account button.

  3. You will be redirected to the stand OTC single sign-on experience.

  4. Log in with the same OTC username and password you use to access OTC computers.

Beginning October 2023, you must access the CRM from the College’s network. If you are working from home, you will need to use RemoteApp or the VPN to access the CRM remotely.
