  1. In Calendar view in Outlook, click the 3 dots near the bottom of the left hand pane and select Folders.

  2. Scroll down until you see Public Folders - [yourusername]@otc.edu.

  3. Using the arrows, expand the folders until you see the calendar you wish to view. If you do not see the calendar you are looking for, have the calendar owner or your supervisor contact the IT department for access.

  4. If you want a public folder calendar to appear in the calendar view, right-click the calendar object and select Add to Favorites

  5. After a few minutes, the calendar that was added to your favorites will appear under Other Calendars in the calendar view.
