International Access to OTC Pages

This article is for anyone attempting to access otc.edu, Canvas, and other OTC resources while traveling internationally or from an international location, that may find pages they can't reach or do not load. OTC does geoblock traffic from international locations from which we have received malicious traffic. This list changes regularly and will not be published for network security.

If you have having trouble accessing any OTC resource while traveling internationally, plan to travel internationally, or are applying from an international location, please contact the Help Desk.

We will need:

  • Your student ID number or Employee ID Number

  • The country you are in or visiting. If you will be traveling, we will need to know the dates you’ll be in the country or countries that you are visiting

Call: 1 417 447-7548 (U.S. Country Code is 1)
If you are calling from outside the U.S., you may need to dial 011 before the country code.
