How to Login to bitwarden for the First Time

  1. Click on the Join Organization Now button in the email you received from bitwarden inviting you to join.

  2. Type in your OTC email address in the Email address field on the webpage it takes you to, then click on Continue.

  3. Click the Enterprise single sign-on button.

  4. Enter in your OTC email address in the field, then click Next.

  5. It will then take you to ADFS where you will need to enter in your OTC email address (ID@otc.edu) and OTC password. Then click Sign in.

  6. It will then prompt you to Approve the sign in request.

  7. Once you approve the request It will ask you if you want to stay signed in, click on whichever option you want.

  8. It will then take you to a screen telling you the device needs approval. Click on the Request admin approval button.

  9. You will then see a screen letting you know Admin approval has been requested. Network Software will then approve the device in the bitwarden Admin Center.

  10. Once Network Software approves your device, you will receive an email informing you the device has been approved. You will have 12 hours to log in from the same device or the approval will expire.

  11. Then you can access your vault and any shared folders you have been given access to.
