Casting from a Meta VR Headset to an OTC Computer
This article will describe how to cast the image from a specifically Meta-brand headset, like a Quest or an Oculus, to an OTC PC. The process is simple; you connect the headset to a Meta webpage over the the internet, then display that webpage on a target computer.

Before You Start
You will need:
A Meta account.
Meta-branded headset.
A display connected to a computer, such as a laptop, a conference room computer connected to a Z2 mini PC, or a classroom instructor’s station.
Instructions
Connect your VR headset to wifi.
Connect your Meta Quest headset to Wi-Fi | Quest Help | Meta Store
It is recommended to use OTC-Wifi or OTC-Device. OTC-Guest is bandwidth-limited and may cause performance and connectivity issues. You can also use hotspots. Be aware of hotspot bandwidth limitations.
Log into the VR headset with the Meta account that will be used.
On the computer: Open your browser then go to horizon.meta.com/casting and log in.
On the Meta headset: Press the Meta button or Oculus button on your right Touch or Touch Pro controller to open the universal menu.
Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open Quick settings.
Select Cast.
Select Web, then select Next.
Select Computer, then select Next to connect.
