Fusion or ZoomText Graphical Troubleshooting
This article is for users of Freedom Scientific Fusion or ZoomText who are encountering graphical issues. If you have an issue that isn’t listed here, please contact the Help Desk.
Known Issues
Screenshade (screen is blacked out) automatically when Fusion or ZoomText is launched.
First, you can end the Screenshade function by right-clicking anywhere. If the screen looks black
Then, disable and re-enable the product (Fusion or ZoomText) from their main menus:
If this does not resolve the issue, you may need a graphic driver update. Please contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
Magnification Isn't Working or Mouse Cursor not visible when Fusion or ZoomText is open. This may resolve other accessibility features not working correct as well.
Please disable and re-enable the product (Fusion or ZoomText) from their main menus:
