Canvas is displaying last semester, incomplete, or course list in Dashboard

Occasionally, Canvas will display a previous semester's courses rather than the current semester. This is relatively easy to fix.

Instructions:

1. From inside Canvas, click on the Courses link on the left-hand menu

2. From there, click on All Courses. This will show you a list of all your courses, including the current semester's course(s).

3. Select the course you'd like to add or remove from the Dashboard.

4. Click the star next to your current course(s) to add it to your Courses Menu and Dashboard. You can also unstar courses you do not want in the Canvas Dashboard, such as last semester's courses.
