Blocked web page

If you are attempting to access an external web page and it is blocked by the OTC Web Filter you will receive a warning something like this:

If you feel that this website should not be blocked take the following steps:

1. Take a screen shot.

   • To take a screen shot hold the Windows Key + Print Scrn Key

     Open

     

   • Screen shot will be located in the Pictures > Screenshots folder

2. Email helpdesk@otc.edu and place the screen shot as an attachment.

3. State why you feel this website should not be blocked in the body of the email.

IT staff will review your request and email a response usually within 48 hours.
