Documents written in Apple's Pages do not open correctly in Windows Microsoft Word

Pages' .page file format is not directly compatible with Word, but you can export files as ePub and Microsoft Word (.docx) formats.

Best Solution: Download and install Microsoft Office for Mac. See installation instructions.

Alternate Solution: Export file in Pages as a .docx. Instructions on how to do that can be found on Apple Support.
