Student/Staff Make a Deposit on Eagle Access Card
You can Make a Deposit on your Eagle Access Card via the portal or the Atrium Campus Connect app.
Make a Deposit via the Eagle Access Portal
Open a browser window, navigate to https://ozarkstech.edu/portal.
Click on Student & Staff Login. Enter your otc.edu email address, then select the Next button.
Enter your otc.edu email password. Then select the Sign In button.
NOTE: You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.
If you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, you must set this up. Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - OTC Knowledge Base - Confluence for more information. If you have questions regarding the Microsoft Authenticator app, please contact the IT Help Desk at 417-447-7548 or email helpdesk@otc.edu.
If prompted to Stayed signed in, select the Yes button.
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a menu. Click on Make a Deposit
You will now be in the Eagle Access Card Deposit screen.
In the Account section, you will click on the down arrow to choose either Beak Bucks or Dining Dollars.
In the Amount section, you can select an amount from the drop down or select Other Amount to type in dollar amount you would like to deposit.
If you choose Other Amount, that is a whole dollar amount. So, if you type in 30, that will be $30.00
NOTE: There is a minimum deposit of $25 required with a maximum deposit of $500.
You must Enter an email address for a receipt.
(OPTIONAL) If you would like to Save payment information, check in the box. Then it will prompt for a nickname for the payment method.
Once you are ready for payment, click on Continue to Payment. Verify information and then click Checkout with Card.
On the right-hand side of the screen, enter an email address and contact phone number. Click Continue.
Fill out all information on the screen and click Continue to complete payment.
Once your transaction is complete, you will get a confirmation on the screen.
Make a Deposit via Atrium Campus Connect App on iPhone
NOTE: You should have already set up the app before continuing. If you have not done so, please follow the directions to Download the Atrium Campus Connect app and Set up Atrium Campus Connect on iPhone.
To make a deposit via the Atrium Campus Connect app on an iPhone:
Open the Atrium Campus Connect App on your iPhone.
You will see an ADD FUNDS under Beak Bucks or Dining Dollars. Whichever you would like to add money to, please click on ADD FUNDS below that Account.
You will now be in the Eagle Access Card Deposit screen.

Make a Deposit via Atrium Campus Connect on Android
NOTE: You should have already set up the app before continuing. If you have not done so, please follow the directions to Download Atrium Campus Connect app and Set up Atrium Campus Connect app on Android.
To make a deposit via the Atrium Campus Connect app on an Android:
Open the Atrium Campus Connect App on your Android.
You will see Manage Account with Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars listed. Click on Manage Account.
You will now be on the Manage Accounts page. Click on Add to the left of Beak Bucks or Dining Dollars.
You will now be in the Eagle Access Card Deposit screen.
