Set up Atrium Campus Connect on iPhone

  • From your smartphone, open the Atrium Campus Connect App and enter your Ozarks Tech email address (XXXXXXX@otc.edu). Then select the Find Me button.  

NOTE:  If prompted with Allow “Atrium Campus Connect” to use your location, just click Allow While Using App.

  • On the “Confirm your organization” screen, make sure your otc.edu email address is correct. Then select the Next button.

  • From the “Sign in” screen, enter your Ozarks Tech email address (xxxx@otc.edu) to log into the Atrium Campus Connect app. Then select the Next button.

  • Enter your OTC email password. Then select the Sign in button.

NOTE:  You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.

 

  • If you are prompted to Stay signed in, click Yes. 

 

  • Once signed in, you will see your photo, name, ID number, along with your Beak Bucks, and Dining Dollars balance.

  • Click on the downward caret to the right of your picture.

  • You will see Manage Credentials.  Click on Manage Credentials.

  • You will see Add to Apple Wallet.  Tap Add to Apple Wallet to add to the Apple Wallet.

  • Select Add in the upper-right corner when the badge is shown on the screen.

  • A message will pop up that it was Successfully added to wallet.  Click ok.

  • Once it’s activated, the tab will show the status “Active” in green.

  • IMPORTANT: Select Settings, then select Biometrics and toggle the button to the right to enable Face ID/Touch ID

NOTE:  Make sure you click on Allow if prompted to use Face ID.

  • Click Ok after Biometrics are enabled.

Please note: Users can add the pass on up to two devices (one iPhone and one Apple Watch) that are signed into iCloud with the same Apple Account.
