Student/Staff View Account Statements for your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars
You can view your Account Statements for your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars via the Eagle Access Portal.
Open a browser window, navigate to https://ozarkstech.edu/portal.
Click on Student & Staff Login. Enter your otc.edu email address. Then select the Next button.
Enter your OTC email password. Then select the Sign in button.
NOTE: You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.
If you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, you must set this up. Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - OTC Knowledge Base - Confluence for more information. If prompted to Stay signed in, click on Yes.
Click on Account Management and then Account Statements.
You will be taken to the Account Activity Page.
You can choose between looking at your Beak Bucks or Dining Dollars account.
Under Account, if you click on the down arrow, you can choose Beak Bucks or Dining Dollars.
Next, click on the down arrow and select your Statement Period you would like to look at. You can view the last 6 months or a specific month.
Once you have selected your Account and Statement Period, click on View Statement.
You will see all of your transactions listed for the Account and Time Period you chose. At the top, you have the options Statements, Print, PDF, CSV.
STATEMENTS - If you click on Statements, it will take you back to the Account Activity page.
PRINT - If you have access to a printer, you can print out the statement.
PDF - This will create a PDF formatted file of your statement. You can download the PDF file or Print it.
CSV - This will create a CSV formatted file of your statement that is downloaded to your browser’s downloads directory. You can open this file in Excel or Notepad, if you are on a computer that has them installed.
