Student/Staff View your Balances and Transactions on your Eagle Access Card

You can view your Balances and Transactions on your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars via the Eagle Access Portal or the App.

 

View your Balances and Transactions via Eagle Access Portal

  • Open a browser window, navigate to https://ozarkstech.edu/portal.

  • Click on Student & Staff Login. Enter your otc.edu email address. Then select the Next button.

  • Enter your otc.edu email address password. Then select the Sign in button.

NOTE:  You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.

  • If you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, you must set this up.  Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - OTC Knowledge Base - Confluence for more information.   If you have questions regarding the Microsoft Authenticator app, please contact the IT Help Desk at 417-447-7548 or email helpdesk@otc.edu.

 

  • If prompted to Stay signed in, click on Yes.

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a menu. Click on Account Management and then Balances and Transactions.

View your Balances and Transactions via iPhone

NOTE: You should have already set up the app before continuing. If you have not done so, please follow the directions to Download the Atrium Campus Connect app and Set up Atrium Campus Connect on iPhone.

  • Open the Atrium Campus Connect App on your iPhone.

  • You will see your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars balances on the main page.

  • To view your transactions, click on the > to the right of your balances.

  • To view your Beak Bucks transactions, click on the > to the right of Beak Bucks balance. You will see a list of your Beak Bucks transactions. To go back to the previous screen, click on the < to the left of the Ozarks Tech log at the top.

  • To view your Dining Dollars transactions, click the > to the right of the Dining Dollars balance. You will see a list of your Dining Dollar transactions. To go back to the previous screen, click on the < to the left of the Ozarks Tech log at the top.

View your Balances and Transactions via Android

NOTE: You should have already set up the app before continuing. If you have not done so, please follow the directions to Download Atrium Campus Connect app and Set up Atrium Campus Connect app on Android.

  • Open the Atrium Campus Connect App on your Android.

  • You will see your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars balances on the main page.

  • To view your transactions, click on the blue box Manage Account.

  • You will see the Manage Accounts page.

  • To see your Beak Bucks transactions, click on the > the right of your balance.

  • You will see a list of your transactions for Beak Bucks.

  • To return to the previous screen, click on the < to the left of Manage Accounts.

  • To see your Dining Dollars transactions, click on the > to the right of your balance.

  • To return to the previous screen, click on the < to the left of Manage Accounts.
