Student/Staff Set up Low Balance Notifications for your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars
You can view your Account Statements for your Beak Bucks and Dining Dollars via the Eagle Access Portal.
Open a browser window, navigate to https://ozarkstech.edu/portal.
Click on Student & Staff Login. Enter your Ozarks Tech otc.edu email address. Then select the Next button.
Enter your OTC email password. Then select the Sign in button.
NOTE: You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.
If you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, you must set this up. Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - OTC Knowledge Base - Confluence for more information. If prompted to Stay signed in, click on Yes.
Click on Personalize and then select Low Balance Notifications.
You will be taken to the Low Balance Warning Page.
You can set up low balance notifications for your Dining Dollars and/or Beak Bucks. You can send notifications to up to 4 email addresses.
To set up a Dining Dollars minimum balance notification, click in the box to the left of Dining Dollars. Enter the minimum amount you’d like to be alerted on. For example: If you do not want your balance to fall below $25, then enter $25 in the box.
NOTE: This field is in whole dollars, so if you enter 25, then it will be $25 dollars.
You can also enter an end date for when you want to stop receiving notifications. For example, if you do not want to receive notifications after December 20, 2026, click on the calendar icon and choose that date from the calendar.
If you do NOT want an end date on your notifications, please leave the End Date field blank.
To set up a Beak Bucks minimum balance notification, click in the box to the left of Beak Bucks.
Enter the minimum amount you’d like to be alerted on. For example: If you do not want your balance to fall below $25, then enter $25 in the box.
NOTE: This field is in whole dollars, so if you enter 25, then it will be $25 dollars
You can also enter an end date for when you want to stop receiving notifications. For example, if you do not want to receive notifications after December 20, 2026, click on the calendar icon and choose that date from the calendar.
If you do NOT want an end date on your notifications, please leave the End Date field blank.
You can also set up minimum balance notifications for both your Dining Dollars and Beak Bucks.
For example, you can set up a minimum balance of $30 for your Dining Dollars and a minimum balance of $40 for your Beak Bucks.
Next, you can enter up to 4 email addresses to notify when your balances are low.
Click on the checkmark box beside the Email: and then type in the email address you want to send the notification to.
Once you have entered the email address(es) you’d like to be notified, click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.
Once you click SAVE, you will get the confirmation screen.
Notifications are sent out once daily.
NOTE: If at any time, you no longer wish to receive these notifications, go back to the Low Balance notifications screen and uncheck all the boxes. Click SAVE.
