Student/Staff Set up Guest Access
You can set up Guest Access on your Eagle Access Card so that others can view and add funds to your account.
Set up Guest Access
Open a browser window, navigate to https://ozarkstech.edu/portal.
Click on Student & Staff Login. Enter your Ozarks Tech otc.edu email address. Then select the Next button.
Enter your OTC email password. Then select the Sign in button.
NOTE: You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.
If you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, you must set this up. Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - OTC Knowledge Base - Confluence for more information. If prompted to Stay signed in, select the Yes button.
Click on Personalize and then select Grant Guest Access.
You will be taken to the Friend/Relative Access page.
Click on ADD.
NOTE: You can add up to 10 guests to access your account.
Click in the box to the left of Enabled.
Then type in an email address of the family/friend you would like to give access to your account.
NOTE: By default, full access is given to your account.
Uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for View Statement, Low Balance, and View Balances.
Click Add.
You can repeat this process for up to 9 more users by clicking Add below.
The guests will receive an email with the website link, user id, and password they need to login.
Remove Guest Access
Click on Personalize and then select Grant Guest Access.
You will a list of guests you have given access to.
Click on Delete under the Guest you wish to remove.
