How to update your Eagle Access card in your wallet
NOTE: If you have updated your photo or your photo is NOT showing up in your app, you will need to do the following.

Quick Steps to Update your Eagle Access card in your Wallet on your iPhone
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Locate your Eagle Access ID and click on it.
Next, press on the 3 dots in the upper-right corner.
Next, press on Pass Details.
Press your finger on the screen and pull down at the same time.
You should now see your updated photo. Press the < in the upper-left corner to return to the previous screen.
Verify your photo has updated.
Quick Steps to Update your Eagle Access card in your Wallet on your Android
There is not a way to update your ID in your wallet on your Android. You must delete it and add it back to your wallet.
Open the Wallet app on your Android device.
Locate your Eagle Access ID in your wallet.
Press on your pass.
In the upper-right corner of the screen, press on the 3 dots.
Press on Remove.
If prompted to Remove from Wallet, press Remove.
Open your Atrium Campus Connect app.
You may be prompted to Sign in. From the “Sign in screen”, enter your OTC email address and password to log into the Atrium Campus Connect app. Then press the Next button.
Once signed in, press on Credentials.
Next, press on Add to Google Wallet.
On the Add loyalty card screen, press on Add at the bottom of the screen.
You will see a message added to Wallet. Press on View Pass.

NOTE: If you have not done so, please make sure you have downloaded the Atrium Campus Connect app and set up the Atrium Campus Connect app on your iPhone.
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Locate your Eagle Access ID and click on it.
Next, click on the 3 dots in the upper-right corner.
Next, click on Pass Details.
On the screen below, press your finger on the screen and pull down at the same time. You should see a turning icon like below.
You should now see your updated photo. Press the < in the upper-left corner to return to the previous screen.
Verify your photo has updated.
Step-by-Step Guide to update your Eagle Access card in your Wallet on your Android
NOTE: If you have not done so, please make sure you have downloaded the Atrium Campus Connect app and set up Atrium Campus Connect app on Android.
There is not a way to update your ID in your wallet on your Android. You must delete it and add it back to your wallet.
Open the Wallet app on your Android device.
Locate your Eagle Access ID in your wallet.
Click on your pass. Should look similar to this:
In the upper-right corner of the screen, click on the 3 dots.
You will see a screen similar to the one below. Click on Remove.
If prompted to Remove from Wallet, press Remove.
Open your Atrium Campus Connect app.
You may be prompted to Sign in. From the “Sign in screen”, enter your OTC email address to log in to the Atrium Campus Connect app. Then select the Next button.
Enter your otc.edu email Password. Then select the Sign in button.
NOTE: You may be prompted for your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is required to access many Ozarks Tech systems.
If you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, you must set this up. Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - OTC Knowledge Base - Confluence for more information. If you are prompted to Stay signed in, click Yes.
Once signed in, click on Credentials.
Next, click on Add to Google Wallet.
On the Add loyalty card screen, click on Add at the bottom of the screen.
You will see a message added to Wallet. Click on View Pass.
You will see your pass in your wallet similar to below:
