Installing Applications Through OTC Software Center

Applications like Snagit, Read & Write, Camtasia, and more are available to all OTC office desktops and laptops through the software center and can be installed as needed.

Instructions

If you are not on the OTC Network, such as when working from home or on someone else's internet connection, then you may need to connect to the VPN using Cisco Secure Client before proceeding.

  1. Launch OTC Software Center by using Windows Search (Win+S) or from the Start Menu under All Apps.

    Note: If File Explorer or something else opens when you launch this, please contact the Help Desk.

  2. Open the “Apps” tab, and select the desired software you want installed. Click “Install” begin installing the software.

  3. You can find the program you installed in Windows Search or the Start Menu once the installation status changes to “Installed.”

 

Available Software

The software available for your system depends on whether you have an office machine or a classroom machine. If you cannot locate your desired software in the Software Center, then please reach out to the IT Help Desk.
