This will inform students what to do if they receive the following error: "An account using this email already exists, please contact your administrator."
Orientation is actually supplied and managed by a vendor, but we have it tied to the OTC single-sign on experience. This error occurs if:
- The student has created their orientation account manually (outside of MyOTC).
- The student has submitted a password change from within the orientation portal instead of through MyOTC.
To fix this: using your OTC student email account, please email orientation@otc.edu.
