Use App Review Tool from the muffin tin/app launcher to start reviewing applications in test. You are welcome to submit applications, fill out the recommendation form, go through review tool, view decision letters to practice, if you wish.
We will be sure you have access to the Salesforce production environment when we go live.
We will be moving all of this to the live CRM production environment before the launch.

Jonathan will send you all of the period deadlines showing the open application and closing application dates for each program.
Send us any changes to the columns in the list view, decision letters, reports you may need, etc. We will establish a clear timeline of when we can make potential updates. Please prioritize the items you must have updated or created prior to launch. Timing may be a factor. It is okay to send us requests for future, post launch, also.
Please get in and submit apps, use the guide to review, test out the processes.

We have built a CRM report for you called “Reply to Offer Status – All”. This report shows all programs with selective admission, grouped by program, all applications that have an initial Accepted decision status from the App Review Tool process, and includes the Reply to Offer field. The report is saved in the Application Reports folder. The “Deposit Intent to Enroll” column on this report will show the status of the Reply to Offer, per the following:
Yes = Accepted the spot in the selective program before the 7 day deadline
No = Declined the spot in the selective program before the 7 day deadline
- = The dash represents BLANK. This means, the student has not yet replied to the offer for a spot in the program.
