  1. In Calendar view in Outlook, right-click the Calendar you're trying to email.

  2. Click Properties

  3. Go to the Permissions tab.

  4. Remove any users who are no longer employees or whom should not have access to this calendar.

  5. Hit Apply or OK and close this window.

  6. Try re-sharing your calendar again.
