NOTE: Foxit licensing includes access to their online PDF editor: Foxit PDF Editor Cloud - Edit PDF. You can edit PDFs online without needing to worry about activations. If you only EDIT PDFs on one machine, and just need to VIEW PDFs on a second machine, we can uninstall the PDF editor on the secondary machine and can configure a PDF viewer that does not require activation.
