Alumni are students who have graduated from OTC and are not actively enrolled. You can graduate and become Alumni, but if you re-enroll and register for classes, you are classified as an active current student as well as Alumni. Alumni accounts have different access and rules than active current students. Alumni who are active current students receive all the benefits of active current students. Alumni students who take classes are considered "Active" students for 1 year after the term end date they took classes for, at which point they default back to "Alumni" status access and permissions.

If you are close to graduation and have content in your OneDrive storage you'd like to keep, it is advised to move that content to a personal OneDrive or other storage solution of your choosing.
