If you are teaching an LVL a Live Online class with remote site rooms that don’t yet have full LVL Live Online equipment installed, you will need to invite the remote site service accounts into your classroom Team so the SLIM Monitors can start the meeting at the remote locations. If you’re scheduling a meeting, please spell out the account name (e.g. “Republic Education Classroom 1” ). You can only use the username when inviting from inside a meeting. For additional questions what accounts to invite, please contact the Administrative Assistant to the President for Education Centers (as of this writing, Dusti McCleary). |
