Signing Into Foxit
Close out of Foxit completely if it is open.
Search your computer for Foxit PDF Editor and open it:
On the Activation screen, select Sign In in the bottom-right corner:
On the Sign In screen, select the Microsoft icon:
Use your OTC email address (with @otc.edu included at the end) and click Next.
Sign in as normal on the organization login screen.
You are now signed into Foxit!

NOTE: Foxit licensing includes access to their online PDF editor: Foxit PDF Editor Cloud - Edit PDF. You can edit PDFs online without needing to worry about activations. If you only EDIT PDFs on one machine, and just need to VIEW PDFs on a second machine, we can uninstall the PDF editor on the secondary machine and can configure a PDF viewer that does not require activation. |
Users are licensed to use Foxit on a single device at a time, if you open Foxit on a second device, you may receive this error:

Click “OK”, then click the “X” next to the other device you are signed into:
...
Close this window, and you will be returned to the sign-in page. Sign in on your device and Foxit will be useable once more.
