Mirroring the Document Camera to the Class

  1. Start mirroring your screen to the class.

  2. Drag the Sphere2 program by the top of the application in the title bar, onto the monitor that’s mirrored to the class.

  1. Drag the Sphere 2 program onto the display being mirrored to the classroom Projector or TV.

  2. Click Share Screen.

  3. Select the Screen that you are mirroring to the class and have the document camera displayed on.

    • Tip: Zoom gives you a preview of each screen in the list to help you identify which screen to share.

    • Tip: Zoom will put a colorful border around the screen you have selected/are sharing.

  4. Click Share

You can press the AF button on the document camera to auto-focus. If that isn’t able to resolve the problem, you can also use Zoom+ and - buttons to try to manually focus the camera. You can also use the MODE button on the remote if it’s available to cycle through several image presets depending on what you are displaying.
