Once you have received your email communication from HR you can start Click the “Start the process of completing signing your annual Employment Agreement. Please make sure you complete all the necessary steps all the way through to the end of the workflowEmployment Agreement” link in your email to get started. It will take you to MyOTC.

  1. Click on the “Start the process of signing your Employment Agreement” link in your email and you will be navigated over to MyOTC to get startedto get started. It will take you to MyOTC.

  2. Once you have signed into MyOTC, you should see your Employment Agreement as a notification for the coming year in your “Required Documents” area and its status is currently marked as Incomplete.

    By clicking on the “Sign Employment Agreement” link inside MyOTC you will now be taken over
    to Docusign and may have to wait a brief moment while your document is generated. Its status will be “Incomplete.”

  3. Click the “Sign your Employment Agreement” link begin generating your agreement.

    After a few seconds you form will be ready and you should be redirected to the document automaticallybrief wait, your agreement will finish generating and you will be redirected to DocuSign to sign it.

    If you have been through this process before you can just press the “Got It” and “Continue” buttons to continue and proceed to reviewing your document.

  5. take Take a moment to review verify your document and make sure the agreement has the appropriate data input information filled in for your position. This includes your title, department, term, employment dates and classifications.
    Double check your pay values for either , classifications and salary or hourly employment and make sure those values are as expectedpay, as appropriate.If something with your generated data is wrong please stop here and contact

     
    If any information is wrong, STOP. Do not sign the document. Contact Carolyn Cantrell (cantrelc@otc.edu) in HRHuman Resources.

    If all of the generated data is correct and as expected then please Otherwise, proceed to the bottom of the document and ”Sign”click the signature box to sign it.


  6. If you have completed this process before you computer should remember you created signature.
    If not then you will be walked through another prompt to adopt your signature before you can finish signing, your existing signature style will be used to sign the document. Otherwise, you will be prompted to choose one first via the “Adopt Your Signature” window.


    In the “Full Name” area please input , type your name as First and then Lastfirst name, a space, then your last name. Once you are satisfied with your digital signature setup you can , press the “Adopt and Sign” button.

  7. Once you have “Reviewed” reviewed and “Signed” signed your Employment Agreement you can now , press the “Finish” button to proceed to downloading your personal copy and finishing this workflow.

  8. PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE STEPS OF GENERATING AND FULLY SIGNING YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT MORE THAN ONCE, UNLESS ADVISED BY HR TO DO SO AGAIN.

  9. Once you have clicked “Finish” above . You will have the opportunity to download a copy of your document before exiting DocuSign.

  10. Do not GENERATE or SIGN your employment agreement more than once, unless you have been advised to do so by Human Resources.

  11. After clicking “Finish,” you will be prompted to download a copy of the document.

  12. If you are using Microsoft Edge or Firefox you can retrieve this download from locate your downloaded document using the “Downloads” button in the upper right-hand corner of the web browser.

    The easiest solution to obtain a copy of your document would be to click
    Click on the “Folder” folder icon in the “Downloads” area of the browser.
    Once you click on the folder icon the file explorer will open on your computer and your Employment Agreement should be the most recent file. From here you can popup to open a file explorer window showing where your downloads are saved. Your Employment Agreement is a PDF named similar to “Please_DocuSign_Employment_Agreement”. From here, you can choose to move or copy and paste it to another location on your computer that you might prefer more than the downloads area.

    If you are using Google Chrome you may have a slight difference in your set of steps to obtain your document.

    If you click on the down-arrow you will get some more options like previously. Clicking on the “Show in Folder” will open the file explorer for your downloadsfor the downloaded document, a pop-up menu will give you the option to “Show in folder.” This opens the file explorer to the location of the downloaded document.

    From here you can move or copy and paste it to another location on your computer that you might prefer more than the downloads area, if you like.

  13. Once you have downloaded a copy of your document you can , select “Close”

    After Clicking “Close” you should be automatically redirected and you will be taken to the “Finished Signing” landing page.

  1. You will receive a “Your document has been completed” email when DocuSign has finished processing your document.

  2. After completing the above, the status of your Required Document in MyOTC will change from “Incomplete” to “Received”. The update may take up to 20 minutes, so please be patient.

  3. Once you receive the “Your document has been completed” email from DocuSign and your Required Document entry in MyOTC is marked as “Received,” you’re done and nothing else is required of you.

  4. As a reminder, Do not GENERATE or SIGN your employment agreement more than once, unless you have been advised to do something different from Human Resources.

  5. If you happen to need another copy of your Employment Agreement “Do Not” go through the steps again and generate a new document.

    Instead please search your Outlook mailbox for the “Completed: Please sign: Employment Agreement” email. Once you have found the completed message you can click the ”View Completed Document” button.

    After clicking the email link you will be taken back to your “Signed” Employment Agreement inside Docusign. From here you can then re-download the copy of your Employment Agreement.

    In those rare occasions where someone has misplaced their copy or have deleted the “Completed” email you will need to talk to HR and request a copy from Perceptive Content.
