Open Google Chrome.
Click on the circle in the upper-right corner of Chrome, then click 'Turn on sync…':
Enter your full OTC email then click Next.
Sign in through OTC.
On the ‘Verify ‘Verify it’s you' screen, select ‘Continue’‘Continue’.
If it asks you to Sync, say 'Yes I'm in'.
Another pop-up may occur. If it does and the left option says 'Link Data', press it:
You are now signed into Chrome and your data has been linked to your OTC profile!
