  1. Right-click on the Wireless Network Connection icon in your taskbar.

  2. Click Open Network and Sharing Center.

  3. Click Set up a new connection or network.

  4. Click Manually connect to a wireless network > Next

  5. Under Enter information for the wireless network you want to add, use the following information: 

    1. Network Name: otc-wifi

    2. Security Type: WPA2-Enterprise

    3. Encryption Type: [leave at default]

    4. Security Key: [leave at default]

    5. Check the box for: Start this connection automatically

    6. Leave unchecked: Connect even if the network is not broadcasting

    7. Click Next

  6. Click Change connection settings

  7. Click the Security tab.

  9. Uncheck the box next to Verify the server's identity by validating the certificate, then click Configure

  10. Uncheck the box next to Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any) and click OK

  11. Click OK to close the Protected EAP Properties box (we've already made changes here).

  12. Back on the Security tab, click Advanced Settings

  13. Check the box next to Specify authentication mode, click the drop-down box below it, and select User authentication

  14. Click OK to close the properties box.

  15. Click Close to complete the setup. Close out of any windows that remain open.
