There are four different parts and pieces to this email request:
These buttons can be used to approve or reject the moderated message.
The moderated message is attached for download to view it in Outlook.
The group(s) that will receive the moderated message are listed.
A preview of the moderated message appears at the bottom of the approval request email.
View the email from the attachment or in the preview, and Approve or Reject the message.
