If you are not at your desk and need to access this menu remotely:
From any personal phone, dial 417-447-7600, then
* (star) followed by your 4 digit phone extension
You’ll be prompted for your 4 digit pin followed by #
Note: Your 4 digit pin is by default your 4 digit extension unless you have changed it.
This will get you into your voice mailbox settings just like you had hit the messages button on your phone.
Setting up Holiday/Alternate Voicemail
Log into the Voicemailbox you want to set a holiday or alternate greeting on.
If this is yours, you can hit the voicemail button on your phone mentioned above and login with the PIN.
If this is a call center mailbox, you'll need to log into that one.
If you have a shortcut to that voicemail on your phone, you can touch that, then hit the Voicemail button on the phone.
If not, dial 7600 then * followed by the four-digit extension of the call center number. You will be prompted for the PIN to log in.
Once logged in, select 4 for Setup Options
Then, 1 for Greetings
Then, 3 for Edit Other Greetings
Then, 3 for Alternate Greeting
The wizard will then play the current greeting, and prompt you if you'd like to record a new greeting, enable this greeting, etcetera.
Record a new greeting as desired.
Enable the greeting once complete. During enabling the greeting, the wizard will walk you through setting up a date/time for the alternate greeting to end. You can select by number of days or a specific date and time.
