Camtasia Studio and SnagIt for home use

Camtasia Studio software has been purchased by OTC and can be distributed to staff and faculty for home use as per the Camtasia Studio site license agreement. The terms and conditions only allow one license and installation per employee for Windows PC or Mac (not both). 

I understand the following:

1. I will receive a copy of the appropriate software (listed below).

2. I will not copy, distribute or sell any part of the software.

3. I will load software on only one personal computer.

4. If employment with OTC is terminated, I will be required to uninstall the software from my personal computer.

5. OTC assumes no responsibility for maintenance, upgrades or installation of Camtasia Studio on my personal computer.

6. This software may not work and may cause other software to stop working on my personal system.
