Using the PASS system, you are able to set up questions and answers so that if you forget your OTC password, you will be able to reset it on your own. The instructions below can be used to set up your questions and answers the very first time, OR to change questions and answers you have set up for yourself previously.

To set up your PASS questions and answers, you must know your current OTC password.

  • Go to http://my.otc.edu, and then select MyOTC Login.

  • Enter your username into the login screen, and then click Setup password recovery

  • Enter your current OTC password, then click Next.

  • Select the security questions you would like to answer. Enter and confirm your answers, then click Next.

    • Your responses will be hidden by default. If you would like to view them, you may uncheck Hide my answers for security purposes near the top of the page.
