The EMS schedule can show you when rooms are open or occupied.

  • Go to https://ems.otc.edu/EmsWebApp/default.aspx

  • This will bring up the Virtual EMS screen.

    • Note: You do not have to log in.

  • Click on Events, on the left-hand side under Browse.

  • Select Add Filter to narrow down the search.

  • Select the Room option and enter the desired room into the search bar. 

    • Note: Make sure you enter Location*Number. 

      • EX. NKM*100

    • Hit Enter or click away from the Room box to filter the search results.

  • You can view the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly schedule for the room.
