The best thing to do before performing an Internet Explorer Settings reset would be to restart your computer.
Test the third-party application in Internet Explorer to see if this resolved your problem. If the problem persists, go to Step 2.
Launch Internet Explorer.
Locate the Tools menu in the upper right corner, and select Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab on the right.
Choose Reset… from the Reset Internet Explorer settings area.
Click Reset, then click Close when done.
Close Internet Explorer and reopen.
See if your problems with the third-party application are resolved.
