Some users using Apple devices when trying to access specific functions inside MyOTC may register for classes with the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) may get the error: "Could not validate the single sign-on user at this time."
This applies to areas such as the Administrative Withdrawal, Check My File, and othersmay happen on:
on Safari in MacOS
on any browser on an iOS device
Due to limitations with the single sign-on integration with these applicationsthe application this uses, we are not supporting Apple devices in these applications for CWD registration at this time.
On a MacOS device, please use another browser, such as Chrome for MacOS.
Please use another device other than an iOS device (iPad/iPhone).
Note: We hope to have this issue resolved by January 2022.
