SSO error while registering for CWD classes on Apple devices

Some users using Apple devices when trying to register for classes with the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) may get the error: "Could not validate the single sign-on user at this time."

This may happen on:

• Safari in MacOS

• any browser on an iOS device

Due to limitations with the single sign-on integration with the application this uses, we are not supporting Apple devices for CWD registration at this time.

• On a MacOS device, please use another browser, such as Chrome for MacOS.

• Please use another device other than an iOS device (iPad/iPhone).
