PageUp is a technology resource being utilized by the OTC Human Resources department, which streamlines and automates talent management at OTC. The applicant tracking system powers https://hr.otc.edu/jobs/ for OTC job applicants, hiring managers, search committee members, HR Liaisons, and other system users.

Benefits of the system include:
