Connecting TX SMS to Salesforce
From the TargetX Home screen, click your initials in the bottom left corner. Then click the Edit Profile button in the pop-up window.
Click the cloud icon in the bar on the left side of the screen.
Click the Connect button to link your Salesforce account with TX SMS.
At this point, you will need to sign in to your Salesforce account. Click the Use Custom Domain link in the bottom right.
Type in ozarkstech (lowercase) and click Continue.
Click myOTC Account button on the next screen.
Finally, enter your OTC username and password on the next screen and click Sign in. You may be prompted to confirm with your multifactor authentication method at this time.
Once you’ve connected to Salesforce, you may click Continue.
To confirm that the accounts were linked successfully, click your initials again to navigate
back to the “edit profile” page, and click the cloud button on the left bar. You should now
see a green checkmark and a message indicating that the accounts are connected.
