The instructor station PC sends the audio to the projector to play sound out of the speakers installed in the room.  Sometimes the settings get changed by a user or accidentally by a program.  The below steps will help you troubleshoot such issues. 

  1. Right click on the speaker icon, and

    click 

    click Playback devices

  2. Right click one of the devices listed, and

    click 

    click Test

    • Listen for the device that plays audio from the room speakers.  You might have to test multiple devices before you find the one that plays from the speakers.

  3. Right click the device that plays audio from the room speakers, and

    click 

    click Set as Default Device

  4. Click 

    Click OK

     to

     to save the changes.

  5. If the problem persists, restart the PC.
