The instructor station PC sends the audio to the projector to play sound out of the speakers installed in the room. Sometimes the settings get changed by a user or accidentally by a program. The below steps will help you troubleshoot such issues.
- Right click on the speaker icon, and click Playback devices
- Right click one of the devices listed, and click Test
- Listen for the device that plays audio from the room speakers. You might have to test multiple devices before you find the one that plays from the speakers.
- Right click the device that plays audio from the room speakers, and click Set as Default Device
- Click OK to save the changes.
- If the problem persists, restart the PC.
