How to adjust PC Audio Settings

The instructor station PC sends the audio to the projector to play sound through the speakers installed in the room.  Sometimes a user changes the settings, or a program changes them accidentally.  The steps below will help you troubleshoot such issues. 

  1. Right-click on the speaker icon and click Sound Settings:

  2. On the Sound Settings screen that appears, confirm which device is currently selected:

  3. Change the device as needed by clicking/toggling the circle to the left of it.

  4. If the problem persists, restart the PC.
