OTC Software Web Store Information

To see what's available to you as a student, faculty, or staff member:

  1. Log into my.otc.edu

  2. Under Helpful Resources, go to OTC Web Store.

  3. Click on the appropriate tab if you are a Student vs. Faculty/Staff member to see a list of available software and their discounts.

As a reminder; faculty, staff and students can get Office 365 software for free for home at http://portal.office.com on up to 5 devices. This subscription is tied to your OTC account, and expires with your OTC account. (See: Installing Office 365 on a Personal Computer.)

If you need assistance with your Office 365, contact the Help Desk at 417-447-7548.

Web Store Support

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of your account from your otc.onthehub.com account for a variety of self-help options, including your order history and instructions on how to find the product keys for your software.

Individual Product support should be directed at the manufacturer of the software in question. In example, contact Adobe Support for assistance with product-specific questions on Adobe Creative Cloud products.
