How to report needs to the Maintenance and Ground crew, such as if a bathroom is out of hand towels, or there is a large spill, or other maintenance or grounds-keeping requests:

  1. Go to: otc.gofmx.com
    (this recently replaced eSSETS)

  2. Click Log in with SSO and use your OTC username and password.

  3. Click +New Request in the top right corner.

  4. Fill out the form, and click Submit.
