Connection not secure on OTC's website
Connection not secure on OTC's website
You may get a "Connection Not Secure" or similar error trying to access the OTC Website. This can also occur on other websites.
This occurs if a security certificate expires and then is renewed, or gets modified/updated in some way. Some browsers (i.e. Firefox) cache certificates while others employ a practice called 'pinning'. Your web browser may be caching the old security certificate with outdated information, which is causing this issue.
Method 1
Force Reload the page with its updated information: use the key combination Control+F5.
Method 2
If this does not resolve the issue, see if the problem occurs in another web browser, or on another network.
