Configuring Time Zone in Web Email

In order for calendar, email, and appointment times to be reflected properly in Outlook, the Current time zone setting needs to be set correctly. It is important that Outlook be set to:   (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).

Outlook on the web - Time Zone Settings

1. Open Outlook on the web by going to http://outlook.office.com.

   • Log in with your OTC email address and password.

2. Select the gear icon, search for "time," then select Language and region.

3. Verify that your Current time zone is set to (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada), and then click Save.
