Forward Calls in the Webex App
You can forward calls using the Webex desktop app. This is especially useful if you need to forward calls remotely.
To do so:
Open the Webex app.
Click on Settings on the bottom-left.
In Settings, click on Calling. The Call Forward options should now be visible to you. You can either forward calls to voicemail, or to a number you can add.
When you add a number use the 10-digit format. For example: 14171234567
Once the number is set, click on Add and select the number.
Your calls are now forwarded. You can navigate back to this same menu to turn off call forwarding.
