Forwarding mail in Office 365
Forwarding mail in Office 365
There are many reasons why you might want to forward your OTC email to a different e-mail address. Historically, this has been handled by creating an Inbox rule for incoming messages. Since migrating to Office 365, you can set a forwarder without creating unnecessary rules.
Log in to your Outlook 365 account (outlook.office.com).
Click the gear symbol (upper right). Search for and then select Forwarding.
Select the option to Enable forwarding, enter the address you wish to forward mail to, and choose whether or not to keep a copy in your mailbox. When finished, click Save.
