Instructions for using the TV and media equipment, using either the in-room computer, or a laptop, or both.
Using the Media:
Press the power button on the controller to start the system.
Select a room mode. The options are: Single Room, BC combined, and BC combined Scallions.
Single Room - For use when the wall is up, or only one projector is needed. This will start the projector in the same space as the podium.
Scallions - The projectors will not turn on, but music can play in the background while patrons are eating.
Podium B - For use when the wall is down and both projectors are needed, and you will present from Podium B.
Podium C - For use when the wall is down and both projectors are needed, and you will present from Podium C.
Once one of the above choices is selected, a loading screen will appear while everything starts up. After that it will load the following screen:
At the top of the screen there are four options: PC, Laptop, DVD, and VCR. Once you've selected one, a popup screen will load with control options for that device.
If PC or Laptop are selected, it will show that there are no control options for those devices.
The DVD or VCR options will load control options for those devices.
When one of the combined-room options is selected, the other podium will show a popup on the screen:
When Finished:
Press the System off button to shut down the configuration. It will bring up the following confirmation screen. Press power down to go to the next screen.
Then select which room mode needs to be shut off. The appropriate button should be lit to indicate which mode needs to be shut down.
