How to export a PowerPoint Presentation as a video

Open the presentation that you would like to export

Click File

Open

Select Export, then Create a Video

Open

You can change the resolution with the first downdrop menu

• Use Full HD unless file size is an issue

Select Use Recorded Timings and Narrations

Click Create Video

Choose where you would like to save the video

Save as Type should be MPEG-4 Video

Click Save
